The Manila Pen Show (MPS) is the country’s only show focused on fine writing instruments and accessories, and the most consistently-held show of its kind in Southeast Asia since 2018. Past show themes such as “Filipino Flavors” inspired ink colors from Turon to Suman. This year’s theme is “Myth and Magic,” and exhibitors promise to showcase pens and inks that sparkle with wonder.
For its fifth anniversary, the Manila Pen Show will be held at a landmark venue: The Peninsula Manila. (Yes, Manila Pen will be at Manila Pen – much to the amusement of those who love both puns and pens.)

Nibmeisters can restore or repair vintage and modern pens, transform dry and scratchy pens into smooth, wet writers, or even grind a medium nib into a cursive italic to add a touch of old-world elegance to modern notetaking.

Organized by a non-profit organization – Fountain Pen Network-Philippines, Inc (FPN-P) – MPS has attracted thousands of visitors over its past 4 shows. Since 2018, both local and international brands, makers, and retailers have joined this growing, passionate community.
